SOUND Infrastructure :
The company plant is situated at Navi Mumbai covering an area of 36,000 square feet. It is located in a Pollution Free Zone with centralized controlled environment system to avoid dust and other contamination. Besides this, the plant boasts of an approval from DNV for ISO 9001, ISO 13485 in consistence with U.S. FDA GMP. Eagle Optics is managed by Directors with Optical, and Engineering background, thus offering extensive experience.

PROGRESSIVE TECHNOLOGY :
Our emphasis on commitment to state-of-the-art technology has made us the fore-runners in the international IOL market. Our computer controlled equipment used for IOL & CTR 'production includes CNC Lathe and Mill rated at 60,000 RPM, having 1 micron accuracy. From CNC cutting, to a proprietary polishing method, our products comprise the most advanced features that the current technology represents.

CONSISTENT QUALITY :
We are dedicated to provide our customers with the highest quality IOL & C. All products are produced in accordance to FDA's GMP guidelines and each IOL adheres to ISO 11979 and ANSI Z 80.7 standards. The manufacturing process also includes a consistent quality production featured by a zero defect strategy. Each IOL & CTR passes through the most stringent quality tests and inspections at every manufacturing stage.
